Project Club House

Dear Club Members past and present and friends of the club

Support The Oaks: Project Club House

One of the key highlights of 2021 at Sevenoaks Town FC has been the successful planning application for a new club house.

As a FA England Accredited club in the heart of our local community, this new clubhouse will enable our club to enhance the playing experience for over 60 teams including 54 youth sides including three girls’ teams, seven adult teams including a women’s and four disability sides. It also means the club can explore new opportunities to offer even more to those across the community, providing a first-class facility to serve as a base for people of all ages and abilities.

To help reach these ambitions, we need your help. This is our biggest team effort to date.

We have engaged with Offset Architects to help make our clubhouse happen. Offset Architects are looking to appoint across several services and we would like to engage with our huge club network to offer you the chance to put your business or associated contacts forward for consideration.

If you work in any of these professions or maybe you know someone who does then please feel free to complete this Google form: https://forms.gle/GNz2HzaeXXgDaLvu6

Offset will then be in contact to discuss the project in more detail.

The below list of services are required in the immediate future to help with Project Club House

  • Civil Engineer

  • Structural Engineer

  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

  • Energy Consultant (could also be the M&E)

  • Quantity Surveyor

Further on, we will also be looking for the below suppliers:

  • General building materials

  • Windows & Doors

  • Grass roof/wall

  • Finishing items such as kitchen/bathrooms/joinery

Funding

In order to make our vision a reality, we estimate a project build of circa £1.5 million. Whilst initially a daunting figure, we believe drawing together our club network and pulling together as a team, we will be able to explore different funding options to not only build our club house but create a legacy for the local area.

The club is exploring a number of different funding options and appeals to you. If you have fundraising expertise, experience or can support Sevenoaks Town FC is growing our roots further, then we would love to hear from you.

Below is a list of options the club is currently exploring:

  • Large and small Donors

  • Loan option, similar to the 3G loan scheme we operated

  • Fundraising

  • Football Foundation

  • Local grants

  • Building services

If you are able to help, would like to offer some advice or wish to learn more, then please complete this form: https://forms.gle/nUpEqnJi4BqjDCXC9

Our Club Chairman and Board would be delighted to hear from any individuals, businesses or locals interested in supporting The Oaks with our Project Club House and be a part of a very exciting 2022 at Sevenoaks Town FC (Sevenoaks Town FC is a Registered Charity)

I’m also intrigued by the potential of “Project Club House.” When it comes to platforms for gambling or sports betting, one that really stands out for reliability and ease of use is Melbet. It offers a full range of betting options, including live sports and casino games, and what's especially handy is that their mobile app is super user-friendly. If you're on a PC though, you can get access just as easily through the https://melapk.com/download-pc.html , which continues to support the same features without needing to rely solely on mobile. Definitely worth checking out if you're comparing solid, interactive platforms.

Very interesting topic! "Project Club House" sounds like something promising - especially when it comes to creating a community or platform related to innovation, games or new formats of online interaction. Such projects can really become the center of attention if they combine interactivity, excitement and new technologies. By the way, do you know of any reliable online platforms for gambling or sports betting? It would be interesting to consider several options for comparison.

It feels like there is more to this initiative than just a desire to develop infrastructure, but also a genuine desire to bring people of all ages and interests together. The approach to creating an inclusive space that will be open all year round is particularly impressive. And what’s interesting is that this project clearly shows how sports and social initiatives can be intertwined. This reminded me of an article about swiss verein . It describes how such structures are used in Switzerland to support educational, cultural and sports projects on a sustainable, long-term basis. For example, the Verein is ideal for sports clubs because it focuses not on profit, but on purpose and membership.
