Sevenoaks Town head into November top of the Southern Counties East Football League Premier Division.
They reclaimed pole position from Crowborough, after overcoming plucky Rochester 3-0 at The Bourne Stadium.
The lowly visitors frustrated Town for almost the entire first half before Tom Youngs headed them in front just before the interval.
The FA Vase match-winner was then harshly booked for diving after looking to have won a nailed on penalty early in the second half.
It was his free-kick which then set-up Billy Bennett’s flicked header for the second with around 20 minutes left, before substitute Mark Jones headed in the third.
Harrison Carnegie made the first and third with excellent crosses - while Jones could have finished with a hat-trick as Town finished strongly, making it seven-out-of-seven in their last home league game for a month.
Jason Thompson went off with cramp while boss Micky Collins confirmed that defender Tom Ripley could be out for up to a month with a torn hamstring.
