The club is ideally looking for young people aged sixteen or above who are either still studying at school or college or are looking to bolster their CV in advance of finding employment.

This a great opportunity to get real-life experience within a fun and informal environment at an ambitious club. The roles would typically involve two to three hours of commitment each week and would suit anyone with an interest in sport or a plan to pursue a career in media, design, marketing or journalism.

A typical range of tasks may include:

  • designing posters, banners and images to use online via the club's website and social media channels

  • writing content for the club's online platforms and local press including news stories, club updates and match reports for the junior section

  • generating engaging content such as videos and photographs to be shared via the club's social media channels

  • assisting with the management of the club's website and social media channels

  • leading on the delivery of the club's e-newsletter including design and gathering of content

  • assisting with the delivery of the club's match day programme and Awards Day programme including design and collation of content

The roles will require an enthusiastic and creative nature as well as a sound knowledge of the internet, social media and Microsoft Office. Any knowledge and experience of Adobe's Suite of programmes (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is beneficial but not required.
